ARAG UK win Best Customer Service Product for Customer

ARAG UK has won the Best Customer Service Product for Customer award at the UK Customer Service Excellence Awards.
The award category was open to any company that highlights a product that emphasizes customer care and improves systems previously in place, demonstrating the success of the product performance in regards to the customer journey.
ARAG’s award entry focused on the close working relationship with business partners and suppliers, in particular, the revised high net worth (HNW) motor breakdown process which has been implemented with Call Assist to improve the service for HNW customers.
ARAG collaborated closely with Call Assist to design a product, draft a policy wording and create a new team to deliver it, that have between them generated both policyholder satisfaction and commercial success.
The UK Customer Service Excellence Awards is a unique event that focuses purely on customer service in the insurance and broker markets, benchmarking success, innovation and positive business change for the customer. ARAG is proud to be recognised as a company putting its customers first and at the heart of its product offering.
