Every business legal expenses insurance customer has access to unlimited telephone legal advice via our legal advice and risk management helpline number which can be found in your policy information, or via ARAG Businesslaw - our online legal documents and guides service. 

Whether you are having a dispute with a supplier or need advice on an employment issue, our experienced telephone advisers can provide practical advice, suggest next steps and guide you through the legal process, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year*.

In 2023 our team received almost 4,000 calls from NFUM commercial customers on a variety of topics, such as:
