Data Protection Complaints Procedure

  • We’ll contact you to confirm we’ve received your data protection complaint and let you know when you can expect a response (usually within one calendar month).
  • Data Protection Complaints related to ARAG Law will be passed to the relevant team.
  • We will look at your complaint and may contact you for more information.
  • We thoroughly investigate your complaint and its circumstances.
  • If action needs to be taken to fix things, we’ll work with the business to make sure this happens.
  • We will send you a final response letter outlining the outcome of our investigation.
  • If you’re still not satisfied, you can escalate your complaint to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO).
