Data Protection Complaints Procedure
We’ll contact you to confirm we’ve received your data protection complaint and let you know when you can expect a response (usually within one calendar month).
Data Protection Complaints related to ARAG Law will be passed to the relevant team.
We will look at your complaint and may contact you for more information.
We thoroughly investigate your complaint and its circumstances.
If action needs to be taken to fix things, we’ll work with the business to make sure this happens.
We will send you a final response letter outlining the outcome of our investigation.
If you’re still not satisfied, you can escalate your complaint to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO).
