Competition Terms and Conditions

1) Entrants into the competition shall be deemed to have accepted these Terms and Conditions.

2) The Prize is non-exchangeable and non-transferable. No cash alternative will be offered.

3) Only one entry per person is permitted. Entries on behalf of another person will not be accepted and joint submissions are not allowed.

4) ARAG plc accepts no responsibility for entries that are lost, delayed, misdirected or incomplete or cannot be delivered or entered for any technical or other reason.

5) The defined number of winners will be chosen from a random draw of entries received in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.

6) An employee of ARAG plc will undertake the random draw.

7) The winner will be notified by email and the prize will be sent to the winner after the draw has taken place.

8) ARAG plc reserves the right at any time and from time to time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the competition with or without prior notice due to reasons outside its control (including, without limitation, in the case of anticipated, suspected or actual fraud).

9) The decision of ARAG plc in all matters under its control is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.

10) ARAG plc shall use and take care of any personal information you supply to it as described in its cookie & privacy policy, a copy of which can be seen here https://www.arag.co.uk/cookie-policy/, and in accordance with data protection legislation. Data will not be used to market services to you or contact you in other way outside of those required by the ARAG broker training platform.

11) ARAG plc accepts no responsibility for any damage, loss, liabilities, injury or disappointment incurred or suffered by you as a result of entering the competition or accepting the prize. ARAG plc further disclaims liability for any injury or damage to your or any other person’s computer relating to or resulting from participation in or downloading any materials in connection with the competition. Nothing in these terms and conditions shall exclude the liability of ARAG plc for death, personal injury, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation as a result of its negligence.

12) The competition will be governed by English law and entrants to the competition submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

13) Employees of ARAG plc are not eligible to enter the competition.
