ARAG UK launches first nationwide Out-Of-Home advertising campaign to promote access to justice

This spring, ARAG is taking a major step to raise awareness of legal expenses insurance (LEI) and highlight the valuable support that SMEs can access through their insurers or brokers.
We’re excited to be launching our first-ever nationwide advertising campaign of its kind, designed to shine a spotlight on the importance of legal protection insurance and to support our business partners and broker partners in their messaging.
You may soon see ARAG adverts featured on high visibility locations including roadside billboards and train stations, alongside a radio and digital presence on national platforms. The campaign’s aim is to bring legal protection into the mainstream conversation and encourage business owners to contact their insurers or brokers regarding legal expenses insurance.
The campaign comes at a time when businesses are encountering a tricky legal landscape, with the Employment Rights Act bringing in changes including unfair dismissal protection from day one, and updates to statutory sick pay and maternity protections. This nationwide initiative reflects ARAG’s longstanding commitment to widening access to justice, educating SME businesses about the importance of LEI and strengthening the support available via their insurers or brokers.

Brokers will be able to catch an early peak at the advertising, which goes live across Insurance industry platforms on March 2nd, before launching to the public on April 6th.
