It’s not easy running a business, least of all for SMEs, where personal legal and tax affairs are often closely linked to those of the company. The new Executive Suite acknowledges this, bolstering some cover that was available before and adding some new protections which acknowledge the connection between personal and commercial risks.
The Executive Suite covers directors, partners, proprietors and chief officers, and includes representation for personal tax investigations and defence of motor prosecutions, as well as providing them with an identity theft resolution service. There is also indemnity to cover the cost of independent mediation to resolve a dispute between business partners.
