Step 3.
A lawyer will review your legal case

Your lawyer will review the details to decide how likely you are to win your case. This is called ‘reasonable prospects of success assessment’. You need to have a 51% or better chance of winning to proceed.

Step 4.
Work begins on your case

Your lawyer will manage your case from start to finish, provided that your prospects of success remain above 51%. Don’t worry, we'll keep you informed during the process, working with you to decide what additional supporting information and evidence may be needed.

Step 5.
Reaching a resolution

In our experience most cases reach a settlement without the need to go to employment tribunal with both sides reaching an agreement. Your lawyer will decide if the settlement is deemed to be “reasonable”. At no time must you access any settlement without seeking advice first from your lawyer.
