ARAG Legal Services came away victorious after winning ATE Insurance Provider of the Year, at The Personal Injury Awards 2009.

The awards, held last Tuesday at The London Marriott Hotel Grosvenor Square, highlight the excellence of individuals and organisations across the personal injury claims sector. They bridge the partisan 'claimant and defendant divide' by encompassing all professionals and key service providers working in this field. The award for ATE insurance provider of the year celebrates ATE offerings to the UK market and is measured on innovation, products, service and customer care.

MD Tony Buss said to win was thrilling: "It is fantastically satisfying for the whole team win this award, and it shows just how hard we all worked to get what we offer right. When we entered the UK market we felt it was very important that we took an innovative approach, taking into account the needs of clients with clear product development. These awards are acknowledgement that we managed to do that and I'm delighted."
